CHICKEN. 1 LARGE CAN TOMATO PASTE 2 LARGE SPANISH ONIONS CHOPPED 2 LARGE GREEN PEPPERS CHOPPED 1 POUND SLICED MUSHROOMS 4 CANS RED KIDNEY BEANS 2 -28 OZS CANS DICED TOMATOES WITH JUICE 1 CUP OF KETCHUP 1/2 CUP WATER 3 HEAPING TABLESPOONS OF BROWN SUGAR 2 13 OZS CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE 2 TABLESPOONS "INSTANT" COFFEE 2 TABLESPOONS GROUND PEPPER 1 TABLESPOONS OREGANO 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC/ 4 TABLESPOONS GARLIC POWDER LARGE PACKAGE OF CHILI POWDER 1 HEAPING TABLESPOON CAYENNE PEPPER (OPTIONAL) HOT PEPPERS/ SAUCE TO TASTE.(OPTIONAL) 1 CUP OF INSTANT RICE (optional) |


** IF YOUR LAZY OR DON'T HAVE THE TIME, YOU CAN
SUBSTITUTE THE ONIONS,
GREEN PEPPERS, BY JUST ADDING A LARGE JAR OF SALSA SAUCE.
THE RICE OPTION HELPS
IF YOU WANT MAKE IT GO FARTHER, AND HELPS TO COOL THE PALET.
ALTHOUGH THE CHILI ACTUALLY TASTE AMAZING ON A BED OF RICE
OR WITH TORTIA BREAD CUT INTO WEDGES.
